Marketing Manager
Job responsibilities:
1. Develop customer resources, identify potential customers, and achieve sales targets;
2. Able to independently search for projects, develop customer resources, sign sales contracts, and coordinate and handle subsequent matters such as supply and payment;
3. Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and services;
4. According to the company's various rules, regulations and policies, quickly improve performance and ensure the completion of sales targets set by the company;
5. Develop a sales skills training plan to provide sales skills training to grassroots sales personnel to help improve their professional skills;
6. Analyze sales cases with grassroots sales; Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and services;
7. Evaluate grassroots sales personnel;
8. Accumulate successful marketing models and replicate and promote successful experiences.
Job requirements:
1. Marketing related majors;
2. Capable of independently developing regional customers or selling through agent networks, proficient in customer relationship management;
3. Having a good sense of professionalism and professional ethics, good communication and coordination skills, and a strong sense of responsibility and dedication;
4. Familiar with the cable industry is preferred for recruitment;
5. Sales elites, strong affinity for communication, independent sales ability, keen insight into customer needs, and learning ability.
